How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 1PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 1PM Friday or over the weekend dispatch on Monday. Delivery is free on orders over £25.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order value is £5.00, before delivery.

Are your products genuine and UK compliant?

Yes — everything we sell is TPD/TRPR compliant and sourced from authorised UK distributors. We never stock grey imports.

Do I need to be 18 to order?

Yes. You must be 18 or over to use this site, and it is illegal for us to sell to anyone under 18.

Which kit should I start with?

For most people switching from smoking, a refillable pod kit with nic salt e-liquid is the easiest place to start — check our Vape Kits collection or get in touch for a recommendation.

Can I return something?

Unopened items within 14 days, yes. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened e-liquids, pods or coils. Faulty items are always covered — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
