Refund & Returns Policy

Change of mind (unopened items)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging for a full refund of the goods. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used e-liquids, pods, coils, or any product where the hygiene seal is broken.

Faulty items and warranty

Hardware (kits, mods and devices) comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding coils, pods, batteries and normal wear. If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us before returning anything. We will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

How to return

Email info@electricstormecigs.com with your order number and the issue. Returns address: Electric Storm E-Cigs Ltd, 262 High Street, Harwich, Essex, CO12 3PA. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
