When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number. We also ask you to confirm that you are aged 18 or over before you enter the site.

How we use your data

We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, confirm that you are aged 18 or over, prevent fraud, and — only where you have opted in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment providers, delivery couriers, and our email service. We never sell your personal data.
