Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to purchase from this website. It is illegal for us to sell vaping products to anyone under 18, and illegal for anyone over 18 to purchase them on behalf of someone under 18. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18, or where we cannot confirm that the customer is 18 or over.

Products & pricing

All products are TPD/TRPR compliant and sourced from authorised UK distributors. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch.

Orders & dispatch

Orders placed before 1PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1PM on Friday, or over the weekend, are dispatched on Monday. See our Delivery Policy.

Returns

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

Vaping products contain nicotine, an addictive substance, and are intended for use by existing adult smokers and vapers only. Always read the product instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
